What counts as a contact record?
A contact record is one individual whose consent you are tracking. The same person appearing across your website, email list and CRM counts once, not three times.
What happens if I go over my limit?
You are not cut off. Additional contacts are charged at $0.012 each above 15,000 on Growth, and $0.01 above 50,000 on Pro. If you are consistently over, moving up a plan usually works out cheaper.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Plans are month to month with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time.
What is in an industry pack?
Industry packs add pre-built templates and consent workflows tailored to a sector, including healthcare, finance and real estate.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Starter is free for up to 1,000 contact records, with two basic templates and self-service support.
